The firm was established in May 1998 as a partnership firm with Mr. A. Jayakumar, F.C.A. and Mr.Rajesh Ramachandran, F.C.A. as its founder partners.

The firm presently has 9 Partners, who are all experienced in the respective areas of specialisation.

The firm is well supported with around 110 employees including Qualified Chartered Accountants, C.A. Finalists, Articled Clerks, Audit staff and other supporting staff.

The firm operates from well-equipped offices at Kochi, Bangalore, Kollam and Trivandrum, with conference facilities and research room, situated at prime business areas at these five centres. The Firm has its presence in the Middle East through its associate Arc & Marc Chartered Accountants.
