Mr. Sekhar is specialised in Indirect Taxation.  He has represented clients before various appellate forums like Commissioner (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Central Excise Service Tax Tribunal and Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal.  He has written articles in periodicals and journals on Finance and taxation and presented papers in various seminars of the ICAI.  He has been, over the years, providing consultancy and representing major multinational companies in the area of Indirect taxation, with specific focus on GST.
